4. 作者修改：作者根据评审意见对书稿进行修改完善，提交修改稿。

5. 复审与终审：编辑团队对修改稿进行复核，确认修改到位后提交终审。

6. 编辑加工与上线：通过终审的书稿进入编辑加工流程，完成结构化标引后正式上线发布。

Peer Review Process

CNOABook implements a rigorous peer review system for all published books to ensure academic quality. The process is as follows:

1. Proposal Submission: Publishers or authors submit book proposals and manuscripts to the platform.

2. Initial Editorial Review: The platform's editorial team conducts a preliminary assessment of the academic value, innovation, and format compliance of the manuscript to determine whether it qualifies for external review.

3. External Expert Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial review are sent to two or more external experts in relevant fields for anonymous review (single-blind peer review: reviewers know the authors' identities, but authors do not know the reviewers' identities). Reviewers evaluate the manuscript from perspectives including academic rigor, innovation, and scientific soundness, and provide revision suggestions.

4. Author Revision: Authors revise and improve the manuscript based on the reviewers' comments and submit the revised version.

5. Re-review and Final Review: The editorial team reviews the revised manuscript to confirm that all revisions have been adequately addressed, then submits it for final approval.

6. Editorial Processing and Publication: Manuscripts that pass the final review proceed to editorial processing, undergo structured markup, and are officially published on the platform.
